90mm Model Soldiers

Vaxholm's Coast Artillery Regiment KA 1, was a Swedish coastal artillery units of the Armed Forces which operated between 1902 and 2000. The unit was based at Rindö in the Stockholm archipelago in Upland for the staffing of Vaxholm fortress and Oscar Fredrik Fortress and Crosstalk Holm's coastal position.

In 1902 was transferred to the Artillery Corps and Coast Artillery formed the Vaxholm Coastal Artillery Regiment, KA 1. The buildings were completed in 1906 by Erik Josephson type drawings for the infantry. The barracks stood in operation in 1904 had three floors unlike typritningarnas four. Parts of KA 1 was placed to Vaxholm and it was not until the 1940s that the business gathered to eastern Rindö next Oscar Fredrik Borg. KA 1 consisted of artillery companies, minörkompanier and professional companies: an organization that was maintained until the 1940s. 1941, the former Vaxholm grenadjärregemente, In the 26's buildings part of the KA 1. The part of the KA 1 that has been placed on the Vaxholm fortress was placed instead of the former in the 26's barracks. [1]

In 1956-1957 was trained first Swedish Coastal Jaeger units at Närförsvarsskolan (NärfS) at KA 1. In 1958, suggests director of the Navy (CM) in a letter to the Supreme Commander to Närförsvarsskolan (NärfS) be reorganized into a coastal jaeger school, Coastal Ranger School (KustJS) and Närförsvarsskolan renamed the coastal Ranger School 1959. 1981 was subordinated KA 1 Stockholm coastal artillery defense (SK / Fo 46) ombenämndes Stockholm coastal artillery defense of Vaxholm's coast artillery regiment (SK / KA 1), this organization was retained until SK was in the East coast naval command in 1990. the regiment was renamed the Vaxholm amfibieregemente (AMF 1 ), in 2000, when parts of the coastal artillery converted to Amphibious Corps.
