They can also be supplied fully hand painted in matt.The Anglo-Ashanti Wars were a series of five conflicts between the Ashanti Empire, in the Akan interior of the Gold Coast (now Ghana), and the British Empire and British-allied African states that took place between 1824 and 1901.The wars were mainly due to Ashanti attempts to establish strong control over the coastal areas of what is now Ghana.Coastal peoples, such as the Fante and the inhabitants of Accra, who were chiefly Ga, came to rely on British protection against Ashanti incursions.

All the figures shown here are made of quality white metal, and are available in kit form or fully painted in matt.The kits can easily assembled with epoxy resin adhesive, after first removing any seams from the castings with a small file or craft knife.Before painting, the assembled model should be undercoated a matt finished white paint is ideal. A painting guide in included with every kit, and the figure can be painted with any of the proprietary brands of model paint, according to your preference.
